No matter if you are a seasoned rider or relatively new to the sport and looking for a serious carbon frame, the Arc RS will not disappoint.
Vivelo Arc RS Carbon Frameset
It’s all about riding fast and the Vivelo Arc RS offers you the perfect blend for the perfect racing bike. The Monocoque frame is constructed from High Modulus 3k Carbon and this has been specifically designed to offer you the optimum blend of light weight performance, exceptional power transfer, aerodynamics and a high level of comfort. The frame weighs approximately 980gms based on the 52cm size, while the full carbon forks weigh just 320gms (Uncut Steerer Tube) and so the overall package is indeed, very impressive. The Head Tube is an oversized/tapered design with 1-1/8"-to-1-1/2" increasing rigidity while reducing flex.
The Down Tube provides exceptional aerodynamics, strength and rigidness without being overly harsh in terms of comfort. There is no point in going fast for long periods if you are not comfortable. The Bottom Bracket is also oversized and you can select either a standard or BB30 bottom bracket. The Seat Tube has a distinct 'Aero' advantage and the Seatpost has been designed specifically for the Arc RS; combining perfect looks with the perfect ride.
All cables are internal, improving the already flowing lines of the Arc RS and helping to reduce cable maintenance when compared to exposed cables.
All of the materials used in the production of the Vivelo Arc RS are of the highest quality, and this even includes the paint. The coating is of a very high standard, combining many different layers that results in a much stronger outer layer which provides excellent protection against external factors.
The frame is very responsive, enabling a fast attack whether during a climb or a flat-out sprint, but not only that, the frame also offers a high level of stability and so remains uncompromisingly safe giving you more confidence and assurance.
The Custom Bike Build Specification
This stunning bike comes equipped with a Full SRAM Red Groupset. You are free to choose a Standard Chainset such as 53/39 or a Compact Chainset 50/34 with your choice of Crank Lengths. You may also choose your Rear Cassette Ratios. This is your bike, so it's only right that you select the finer points.
To compliment the SRAM Red Groupset, we have selected the awesome Fulcrum Racing Zero Dark Label Wheelset, of which benefit from Ceramic Bearings for increased smoothness. To keep you planted firmly on the tarmac, we have added Michelin Pro4 Service Course Tyres of which are super fast in the dry and super grippy in the wet, especially when corneriing.
The overall quality of this bike continues with the ever trusted Ritchey WCS cockpit. The Handlebars are Ritchey WCS Evo Curve while the Stem is the latest WCS C260 of which is constructed from an advanced 7050 Aluminium, to provide a lightweight yet incredibly strong stem. The saddle is a Ritchey WCS Carbon Streem and this sits atop a Vivleo Carbon-Aero Seatpost, so comfort is assured.
Vivelo Arc RS Options
The Vivelo Arc RS is available in 6 sizes and you can chose between a Gloss or a Matte paint finish and there are a wide choice of colour schemes as standard.
But now the really exciting part; thanks to Vivelo’s in-house Personalised Frameset System, you can choose your own personalised custom colour paint scheme and select you own colour choice for decals etc, and even have your name applied to the frame for that Pro touch.
