HOW TO ORDER
While you are able to purchase from Cycling Components without creating an account, you will not have access to all of the available benefits of our service.
Register On-Line
Registration is quick and easy, and will allow you to enjoy the full benefits of our website service. You will be asked to include your name, address, telephone, email details and to create a password. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy which will explain why we require these details, and of which will only be used for the processing of your order. Please ensure that your account details are entered correctly, otherwise this will cause delays with the processing, despatch and delivery of your order.
Selecting your Products
Our website has been designed to make for quick and easy order processing. Just find the item(s) that you want, select your size/colour where appropriate and then simply "Add to Basket."
View Cart
You will be able to see how many items are in your cart at all times. However, if you want to check what is in your cart, then go to the "View Cart" tab and you will see a list of all the items that you have so far selected. At this stage, you can edit your order details, remove items, adjust quantities, continue shopping or indeed, "checkout."
Checkout
Once you select "Checkout" you will firstly be presented with our Delivery Information and Delivery Options. If you would like your order to be sent to a different address to your billing address, such as your place of work, then you may add this under the "Delivery Address" tab. Also, you may add any comments about your order.
Cart Summary
Before you complete checkout, you will be presented with a Cart Summary that will clearly show all items pending your confirmation. Again, you will have to option to make any changes to your order.
