UK Customers - Parts and Accessories Standard Post/Packing (Excludes Complete Bikes, Framesets, Wheels, Groupsets.) There is a standard post/packing charge of £2.95 per order, irrespective of how many items you order. Depending on the size of your order, this will either be despatched Royal Mail 1st Class, Economy Courier or Express Courier.
Where items are in stock, most orders are despatched the Same Day if placed before 11:00am, though we kindly ask that you allow up to 2-5 days for despatch. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and weekends, will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). We will always contact you if there is likely to be any further delay.
UK Customers - Parts and Accessories Express Delivery (Excludes Complete Bikes, Framesets, Wheels, Groupsets.)
During checkout, you will have the option to select Express Delivery, for which there is a standard charge of £4.95 per order, irrespective of how many items you order.
Where Express Delivery is selected, such orders will take priority over standard shipment orders. This only applies to items that are in stock where we state 'This Item is In Stock - Normally Despatched with 24 Hours.'
Where an item listing states 'Normally Available for Despatch within 24-48 / 24-72 Hours' then we will ship your order as quickly as possible, though next day delivery is not available for these orders.
When Express Delivery is selected, we will also provide you with a Full Tracking Number for your reference, and we only use reputable express service providers such as DHL or UPS.
UK Customers - Mainland Express Delivery Complete Bikes, Framesets, Wheels, Groupsets.
There is a Standard Shipping Charge of £8.95 for all bicycles, framesets, wheelsets and groupsets to the UK Mainland.
Complete Bicycles - Please allow up to 14 days for the despatch of your bicycle. Custom Bike Builds may take longer, though we will always advise of expected completion date.
Framesets, Wheels, Groupsets - We kindly ask that you allow up to 5 working days for the despatch of such orders. We will always contact you if there is likely to be any further delay.
UK Customers - Off Shore Islands and Northern Ireland Express Delivery Complete Bikes, Framesets, Wheels, Groupsets.

UK Customers Reserve & Collect All Items
For customers that select our Reserve and Collect option, such orders will be held for a period of 5 days from date of order. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time for collection. Such orders may be held for longer periods upon agreement.
EU Nations Please Contact Us prior to delivery for shipping quotation. This is so that we can provide you with the most cost effective option for your order, and also advise of Express Delivery options.
Rest of the World Please Contact Us prior to delivery for shipping quotation. This is so that we can provide you with the most cost effective option for your order, and also advise of Express Delivery options.
General Information All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GB VAT. International customers may shop VAT FREE with Cycling Components. Simply create an account, and all prices will then be displayed with GB VAT removed.
Important Information about International and Non EU Shipments Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, of which will be applied once a shipment reaches your country and for which the customer is soley responsible for. Please kindly note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union. Therefore, we cannot and will not inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask us to do any of the above as refusal may offend.
